Триумфот на The Black Keys, враќањето на Џастин Тимберлејк и необичните соработки во чест на музичките икони го одбележаа 55. доделување на Греми наградите што се одржа вчера вечер во Staples Centre во Лос Анџелес.
Вечерта ја отвори младата кантри поп ѕвезда Тејлор Свифт, а првата награда на церемонијата ја доби минатогодишната шампионка Адел за најдобра поп соло изведба на „Set Fire to the Rain“. Токму таа ја додели и последната награда за албум на годината на бендот Mumford & Sons за „Babel“.
Тие беа музичарите со најмногу номинации, но сепак со најмногу награди дома си отиде составот The Black Keys. Рок дуото од Охајо доби награди за најдобар рок албум „El Camino“, рок интерпретација и рок песна „Lonely Boy“, а членот на бендот Ден Ојрбах е прогласен за најдобар некласичен продуцент на годината.
За најдобра песна е прогласен хитот „We are Young“ додека за видео на годината „Somebody That I Used to Know“.
Бијонсе заедно со комичарката Елен Деџенерис низ смеа го најави најочекуваниот настап на вечерта. По повеќегодишна пауза Џастин Тимберлејк го изведе својот актуелен хит „Suite & Tie“, но и новата песна „Pusher love girl“ од најавениот албум.
И покрај воодушевувањето од враќањето на Тимберлејк, неговиот настап остана во сенка на многу поефектни и похрабри музички соработки. Пред се тука е неверојатната соработка посветена на Боб Марли во која прво Бруно Марс и Стинг ги изведоа песните „Locked out of heaven“ и „Walking on the moon“, а потоа на сцената им се придружија Ријана и Зиги Марли во изведба на химната „Could you be loved“.
